Mind training provides the required mental skill sets to bring self-awareness such that an athlete may repeatedly choose to re-train their mind-body relationship to attain perfection. Thereby, as they learn to control their thoughts, they maximise their chances for success in their sport.

An athlete undergoes much training to activate the brain on all levels to strengthen all unconscious processes responsible for excellence. Once the Athlete learns to quieten his mind, the unconscious processes mimic movements that are more likely to produce satisfying results. As newer insights develop, the Athlete reconstructs his mental approach, so any new perspective has little chance of showing up during play.

Radhika Kawlra Singh has studied the workings of the subconscious mind in depth and detail over two decades. She has been practicing as a licensed therapist since the year 2000.
