Letter To
The Professional Athlete In YOU
Dear Athlete,

If I invited you to meet ‘THE BETTER ATHLETE IN YOU,’ would you refuse the offer?
You are the only competition you need to brave up to face in my sessions and our time together. You know that the one person most aware of the daily changes within yourself is you. You are also mindful that and face a difficult trial daily to work through challenges, are you?
When you BETTER the Athlete in you, it allows you to grow a new joyful path: maximizing your opportunities for better health, success, and a BETTER YOU.
A better athlete only learns from yesterday’s mistakes, accepting every new success to enhance their sense of worth and every failure as a challenge to outdo the self. Adding self-awareness and recognizing the shifting state of mind and body - separating good days from not such good days, makes you easily dismiss irrational thoughts and unnecessary blather from your daily sporting parlance.
What you may already be doing daily may be required to keep your skill intact and your sporting career to remain progressive. What you may easily skip is the birth of subconscious anchors during practice or competition. These details may be irrelevant and trivial, yet they have a very impactful influence on your muscle memory and overall performance. Worst, you never know how to look for that one reason that triggers a mistake each time.
Working through mental techniques is a commitment that compels you to perform excellently and is crucial for success. There are no magical shortcuts, just simple ways to engage and understand your state of mind that will help you collect easy tools to both liven and inspire you to be a better player each day. All seasoned players, including Olympians, utilize the methods offered to allow a personalized channel of working through their unique trials.
I look forward to helping you find your best edge that keeps you hungry enough to give your best performance at the most challenging and coveted podium.
Best,
Your Mind Trainer
